Jeroen Bral (°1976), partner, assists and advises Belgian and foreign companies, credit institutions and funds in matters concerning general corporate and commercial law, as well as private equity and venture capital, general M&A, financing and real estate transactions. He furthermore has established special expertise concerning ongoing obligations of (Euronext) listed companies, and recently assisted the management of two Euronext listed companies with important capital transactions.
Between 2001 and 2009, Jeroen Bral worked as (senior) associate at Loyens & Loeff in their Antwerp, Brussels and Amsterdam offices in the Corporate and Banking- and Finance departments. In 2004 he was seconded to Slaughter & May in London. Jeroen started his career at Linklaters De Bandt in the Corporate M&A and Capital Markets team. He obtained his master's degree in law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (1999), and completed several post academic courses.
