Pieter Capiau (°1980), associate, mainly focuses on all corporate aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on complex corporate issues and transactions, with a specific focus on venture capital and private equity, both for domestic and international clients.
 
Pieter Capiau joined our firm in 2005. After obtaining his law degree (UA, 2005), he obtained postgraduate degrees in corporate law (KUB/KUL, 2007), business law (UA, 2009) and corporate finance (KUL, 2008).
