Mieke Trombetta reinforces the team of Kurt Faes and Filip De Schouwer which focuses on corporate and business law. Her primary areas of activities are Corporate Housekeeping, general corporate law advice and general commercial and contract law. She also assists in M&A and corporate restructuring assignments.
From 2000 till 2009, Mieke worked in the Corporate Department of international law firm Allen & Overy LLP, where she co-developed the Corporate Housekeeping practice aimed at offering clients all-inclusive services, including post-closing remedial action and legal due diligence investigations.
She obtained her law degree from Antwerp University. In addition, she attended a postgraduate teaching training specialising in in-house training courses.
