Anneleen Vander Elstraeten (°1984), associate, focuses on all corporate aspects of acquisitions, mergers and restructurings. Furthermore, she assists in general commercial and contract law matters.
She was an associate in the Corporate/M&A department of Loyens & Loeff between 2007 and 2010. Anneleen obtained her Master in Law at the University of Ghent (2007), participated in the ‘Stage International' organized by the Paris Bar and followed the Master in Corporate Law at the University of Brussels (2009-2010).
