Stijn Verbeke (°1970) advises Belgian and foreign companies on environmental law, real estate, public procurement and general administrative and public law. He also has a broad experience as regards these matters within the scope of mergers and acquisitions and real estate contracts. He developed a particular expertise in terms of waste returning obligations and environmental policy agreements, and in particular as regards waste electrical and electronic equipment.

Stijn is registered with the Brussels Bar and started his career within the law firm Janson Baugniet. After his LL.M. (KUL) he also graduated as Licencié en droit administratif (ULB). In 2008 he left the law firm Loyens & Loeff and established his personal independent office in Wezembeek-Oppem. He also joined NBGOlex at the end of 2009 and, this way, Ambos NBGO.
