Yannick Verrycke (° 1983), (junior) associate, focuses his practice on corporate law and advises domestic and foreign companies with regard to mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and other restructuring activities.

Yannick Verrycke obtained his law degree in 2008 at the University of Antwerp. He also obtained an additional master in corporate law (H.U.B. 2009).
He is a member of the Antwerp Bar since 2009.
