Transport and Logistics

AMBOS’s Transport and Logistics law team has offices in Antwerp and Ghent. We are recognised as a top team within the field, boasting a wealth of practical experience and covering all transport modes, logistics contracts and port operations.

Maritime transport forms the backbone of AMBOS’s general transport law practice. Highly skilled in advisory work and litigation, we have managed and continue to manage hundreds of cases and issues. In addition, AMBOS has extensive experience in road transport (CMR, ADR, TIR) and rail transport.

Furthermore, AMBOS has specific expertise in logistics such as supply chain, warehousing, value-added services, B2B and B2C operations, mass package delivery, etc. Most of the issues that AMBOS deals with in this area involve for example drafting contracts and general conditions, with the occasional dispute on the (early) termination of such contracts. AMBOS also advises on administrative permits required in the transport and storage sector.

AMBOS’s full-service nature encourages our transport lawyers to also focus on issues in which transport and logistics law is combined with other areas of the law. This includes for example labour law, social security, commercial law, administrative and environmental law, corporate and finance law.
